TICKETS Tickets can be changed online up to 48 hours before departure.

PAYMENT All tickets must be paid for when booking by credit card. We accept the following payment cards: Dankort, Visa, VisaElectron and MasterCard. You can also pay with mobilepay.

NO-SHOW If you do not show up for the booked departure, the ticket will be paid as usual. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL If you regret an order, you can cancel the order via the payment status link in the sent confirmation email. All the money for the trip will come back into your account. Rules for refunding tickets, You have below. If you do not meet the deadline for refunds, the payment status link cannot be used. In such a case, please notify by phone, text or email so that we know you are not coming.

REFUND Tickets can be refunded free of charge up to one hour after the order has gone through the online store. Tickets can also be refunded up to 48 hours before departure. In both cases, you use the payment status link in the confirmation email sent to you. If the technique is teasing, tickets can also be refunded by phone within the applicable deadlines. See phone hours and number under Contact on seadog.dk Especially for the Frederikshavn-Hirsholm route: Day tickets where the outbound or return journey is used are not refundable. Trips cancelled by Seadog due to bad weather or lack of connectivity are attempted to be moved to another time. If you can't, Seadog will refund the paid tickets.

CHANGES IN SAILING SCHEDULE The right to changes in the sailing schedule is reserved in case of lack of connection or too much wind. The Danish Nature Agency's trips to Hirsholm are sailed with only 1 registration. If there are changes in the sailing, you will generally be contacted the day before by sms, phone or email.

TICKET CONTROL You must present a valid ticket upon boarding.

PRICES Prices are always set at the end of the year. We reserve the right to make price changes and changes to ticket types. FREIGHT When you sail on the route Frederikshavn Hirsholm you are entitled to transport of 1 suitcase / bag of max. 10 kg per person free of charge. In addition, you can purchase shipping in the online store of extra packages of max 10 kg., gas cylinder delivered at Hirsholm and delivery of drinking water in 9.5 l. Bag in a Box. Freight can be purchased on a trip where you are present, or ordered for delivery from the quay in Frederikshavn to the pier on Hirsholm. Booking of shipping will be stated on Your ticket. Should you require extra shipping on departure, this part is done manually.
