Included in the rent:

The rent outlined in the booking includes power for electricity and heating, environmental charges and cleaning at the end of your stay, as well as cleaning products for washing up and washing machine, toilet paper, are included in the price. Cots and highchairs are freely available.

 

Optional extras:

Linen and towels. Dogs are allowed at an extra charge.

 

Arrival and departure:

For all stays the arrival time is 1.15 pm and the checking out time is 10 am. If your ferry arrival is earlier than this, please feel free to contact us. Your apartment may possibly be ready, and if not we can inform you when it will be.

 

House numbers:

It is usually not possible to book a specific house number. It is our policy that when booking a stay, you book a specific house Type or category.

 

Payment:

For all stays a deposit of 33% must be paid at the latest 3 days after receipt of confirmation. Note that if payment is not received on time, the booking will be cancelled, but we will first contact you by phone or email.

The rest of the rent must be paid at the latest 35 days / 5 weeks before arrival. Note that we do not send out a separate invoice for this. The guest is responsible for paying on time.

IMPORTANT: Remember to state your name and booking/order number.

 

Cancellation insurance:

Cancellation insurance of 5 % of the rent must be purchased and paid when booking your stay.

In the event of your stay being cancelled due to a medical emergency, accident or a death in your immediate family, the full amount of the rent is refunded, if you have bought cancellation insurance.

 

If you cancel without having cancellation insurance the following applies:

1.       The pre-paid rent, minus 50 % is refunded

2.       The guest can without extra charge transfer the booking to another party, as long as we are informed in writing. 

3.       Gammelgaard Feriecenter is obliged to seek new bookings.

4.       If a new booking is successful, the paid rent is refunded minus a charge of DKK 500.

 

Other conditions:

At the end of your stay, the apartment and contents must be left in good condition. The guest is liable for any damages that occur during the rental period, insofar as the damages have been caused by the guest or his or her party.

 

It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure that the apartment is tidy, that all dishes have been cleaned (the dishwasher does not have to be finished its cycle), and that the bins in the kitchen and bathroom have been emptied.
